ÄûÃÊÊÓƵ employees are eligible for perks/discounts as a result of their affiliation with the University. Vendors may ask to see your Washington and Lee ID card to verify your eligibility upon redeeming discounts or coupons.

Employees can also obtain a guest access card by contacting Denise Bashlor in Athletics for dependent children over 14 and for a domestic partner or spouse. There is a charge of $5 for the guest access card. Reach out to Patti Colliton if you are interested in touring the fitness center.
W&L employees may qualify for a discounted price on personal car rental reservations.See the Business Office’s webpage for details.
Local vendors offer discounts on hotels, restaurants, retail, entertainment and services through the Chamber of Commerce Benefits Card. Stop by Human Resources or the Chamber of Commerce to get your benefits card. Visit the for the Rockbridge Area listed discounts. You can also access these discounts from your smart phone by using the “My Chamber App."

Outing Club Want to borrow outdoor equipment (SUPs, kayaks, bikes, packs, tents, etc.) for the weekend? Or access the indoor climbing facility? Visit the Outing Club website for information. Membership is FREE for employees.
