Headspace is an award-winning research-backed digital tool for mindfulness and meditation with more than 1,200 hours of themed meditations, sleep content, mindful movement exercises and focus music. Watch the video below to learn more.
Meditation and mindfulness have been shown to help people stress less, focus more and even sleep better. Headspace is your personal guide with hundreds of meditations and exercises for sleep, focus and movement to improve your health and happiness. Once registered, students can sign in and receive full access to all of Headspace’s meditation and mindfulness resources for free.

Sign Up and Start Meditating Today
- Visit the on your computer.
- Create a Headspace account using your W&L email, or login with an existing account and verify your W&L email address (so it’s free to you).
- Download the Headspace app in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and log in using your Headspace login details.
