Visiting international scholars are non-U.S. citizens who will perform research, teach on a limited basis, and/or provide guest lectures at the invitation of a department. Visiting international scholars are not individuals hired or applying for a position posted on the HR website. The process for inviting a visitor scholar should begin as early as possible with discussions between hosting faculty and department heads. From there, the process will proceed as outlined in the .
