Our Mission

The Art Museum and Galleries at W&L advance learning through direct engagement with the collections and facilitate an interdisciplinary appreciation of art, history, and culture.

Open Hours

The Reeves Museum of Ceramics will be closed from Wednesday – Saturday, December 17–20 for maintenance.

All W&L Art Museum sites will be closed from December 22, 2025 – January 2, 2026 for Winter Break. The Reeves Museum of Ceramics and Watson Galleries will reopen to the public on Saturday, January 3, 2026.

  • The McCarthy Gallery in Holekamp Hall is open Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
  • The Reeves Museum of Ceramics and the Watson Galleries are open Wednesday – Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM
