The Plan spells out what it means to be part of our College community and identifies our priorities until the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>As a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition our foundation rests on the four <a href=\"http:\/\/www.spc.nsw.edu.au\/our-identity\/erea\/erea-charter\/\">touchstones<\/a> of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liberating Education<\/li>\n<li>Gospel Spirituality<\/li>\n<li>Inclusive Community<\/li>\n<li>Justice and Solidarity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our Mission and Vision for our students, the reason we come together as a community and what we are working together to achieve, springs from these foundations.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"pullquote\">\n<p>Inspired by the Gospel and Edmund Rice, our purpose is to educate resilient and spirited men who are challenged to serve. \u00a0We are preparing faithful and inclusive men for a dynamic world.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Between 2022 and 2025, our objectives, implementation planning, success indicators, reporting and accountability frameworks will be built around the\u00a0 seven Key Focus Areas of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Staff Excellence<\/strong><em> &#8211; <\/em>A school that attracts, develops, rewards and retains quality staff<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wellbeing<\/strong><em> &#8211;<\/em>Every student is well cared for, understood and responding to well defined expectations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learning<\/strong> &#8211; Every student will be helped to achieve his own academic excellence<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opportunities\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Intentional formation will include activities such as retreats, immersions, social justice activities, sport, outdoor education, oratory and the performing arts<\/li>\n<li><strong>Global and Local Engagement\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; A strong, respectful and caring community is vital for the <br \/>\nwellbeing and formation of our boys<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainable Development\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; The plant and facilities will shape the learning and formation that <br \/>\noccurs within them<\/li>\n<li><strong>Governance\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; We are stewards of the College and are custodians for future generations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Strategic Plan expresses what the experience of being part of the College community requires of us.
