Reporting to the Principal, the Director of Learning and Innovation is an exemplary educator, providing pedagogical leadership across Years 5-12 by reviewing current learning, teaching and assessment practices and, as part of a team, developing and implementing a process of change and improvement.ÌýÌý
The Director of Learning and Innovation will demonstrate a high level of knowledge in innovative learning, pedagogy, quality differentiation and assessment practices, contemporary learning environments and student-centred learning and will work closely with members of the College Leadership Team, Heads of Department, and the IT Department in promoting continual improvement in learning and teaching practice across the College. - Leading the implementation and review of the College’s Learning Framework by drawing on the knowledge and support of educational leaders and contemporary research in promoting high-quality practice in learning
- Collaborating with College Middle Leaders and teachers to develop, implement and regularly evaluate learning, teaching, assessment and learning environments across Years 5 to 12 in line with the College’s Learning Framework

- Assisting with the development of the College’s Master Plan pertaining to ICT (infrastructure, hardware and software)
